An 8-year-old boy underwent a refractive examination and established an optometric record at our clinic in December 2023. After being prescribed I.O.R.C. myopia spectacles in April 2024, he attended follow-up examinations every three months to monitor axial length and refractive error. By June 2025, after 14 months of follow-up, both axial length and refractive error showed a reduction compared with baseline.

A 10-year-old boy established an optometric record in July 2022. After one year of wearing another brand of myopia-control spectacles, myopia progressed by 0.50 D in both eyes. Following a switch to I.O.R.C. customized defocus spectacles in July 2023, regular three-month follow-up examinations showed significant control of both axial elongation and refractive progression over 22 months through May 2025.

A 7-year-old myopic boy was prescribed I.O.R.C. myopia spectacles in August 2023 and underwent follow-up examinations approximately every four months. After 21 months of follow-up (through May 2025), both axial length and refractive error showed a reduction compared with baseline.
