Objective:
To investigate efect of muhiple spectrum imaging(MSI)for fundus oculi in diabetic reti— nopathy(DR)screening.
Methods:
MSI and fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)were performed simultaneously for 13 DR patients and 9 controls from June to July 2015 according to study method of diagnostic test.FFA result was used as the golden criteria of DR to evaluate diagnostic value of MSI for DR.
Results:
The sensitivity and specificity of MSI in diagnosis of DR were 84.0% and 88.9% respectively;Youden index was 72.9% ;positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio were 7.57 and 0.1 8 respectively:positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 9 1.3% and 80.0% respectively
Conclusion:
Multiple spectrum imaging can be used as an effective way to screen diabetic retinopathy, and it has good reliability and diagnostic value.
