Multispectral Refraction Topography (MRT) was selected as one of the top ten advances in ophthalmology in China in 2020
The
sixth summit of medical experts (2021) and the 15 year development forum of
doctor's daily were held in Beijing on January 10. With
the theme of "the power to push forward the industry", the conference
set up annual Chinese original research to pay homage to the monument of the
medical sector, the hero of anti epidemic and change the practice, round table
discussion, summit dialogue, Secretary / President and other sections.
Academician fan Daiming and academician Han Jisheng made keynote reports
respectively.
During
the summit, Professor Wang Ningli, President of Ophthalmology branch of Chinese
Medical Association, announced the list of "ten major advances in
ophthalmology in China" in 2020. The list was organized by doctor daily,
ophthalmologists branch of Chinese Medical Association and selected by experts,
including 10 major innovative achievements such as blinding eye disease
artificial intelligence screening platform and Multispectral Refraction Topography (MRT).
The Organizing Committee of the conference commented that Multispectral Refraction Topography (MRT) provided an important support for "promoting basic theoretical and clinical research of myopia, designing new myopia prevention and control mode, and improving prevention and control efficiency."
